Abstract:
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EH) is a borderline malignant neoplasm of endothelial origin with an epithelioid morphology. A 60-year-old male presented with massive splenomegaly, dimorphic anemia and thrombocytopenia. Histopathology revealed EH of the spleen. Immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis. This case is presented for its rarity and clinical importance in recognizing such cases in view of relatively good prognosis.
