Abstract:
Rudimentary horn pregnancy has always evoked sufficient interest due to its very rarity, mode of fertilization, and life threatening potency, high mortality rate of both fetus and mother unless diagnosed and managed properly. Prognosis is reserved because the natural evolution generally leads to a cataclysmic uterine rupture at the beginning of the second trimester. Herein we present a multiparous female with amenorrhea of two months duration with a right adnexal mass.
